This hotel says...
Hotelito Desconocido means “little unknown hotel.” And this sanctuary reserve and spa, hidden along Mexico’s perfectly pristine Costalegre, is an ecological wonderland of virgin beaches and blue lagoons—with the Sierra Madre Occidental as a stunning backdrop. Built to resemble an enchanting fishing village, the hotel consists of individual, thatched-roof palafitos, lit by candlelight and perched along the beach and lagoon, accessible via winding wooden walkways and boats. It’s a magical place to completely disconnect from the world and feel sequestered in sheer luxury, whether enjoying a seaside massage, dining on fresh seafood or horseback riding at the water’s edge.

Hotelito presents a home-made menu of Mexican and international cuisine containing seafood and fresh organic vegetables that are grown on the extensive property. The hotel has a policy of updating its menu on a daily basis.
Breakfast and dinner are served at Diablito restaurant, which sits on stilts over the tropical azure water with a breath-taking view of the estuary.
The beach restaurant & bar, Nopalito, serves lunch, and provides service at the beach club as snack bar.
Hotelito Desconocido’s two gourmet restaurants are renowned for incorporating robust Mexican flavor using locally caught fish, as well as vegetables, spices and fruit from the hotel’s own organic garden. At El Diablito, enjoy a host of specialties while overlooking the tranquil lagoon. At night, the candles, torches, moonlight and stars cast a warm glow on the dining experience. El Nopalito Beach Club & Restaurant is a casual spot for food and drinks, offering amazing sunset views.
Hotelito Desconocido is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico in the heart of picture-perfect Costalegre, 60 miles from the international airport in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel will arrange for transportation from the airport.
Hotelito wouldn't be a good fit for disable people due to we are located on a beach with sand everywhere and guest must use a rowboat to go from a part of the hotel to the beach side, where one of the restaurant and the swimming pool are.
